Spreading The Word About Kosciusko County

If you own a travel, tourism or hospitality-related business (otherwise known as “food, drink and good times”) in Kosciusko county in Indiana, then you really need to read the rest of the article.  I’ll be the first one to admit that I get wordy but I promise I’ll try and keep this post within the limits I’ve set for this blog.

Dessert at the Garden, Winona Lake

Every week, I have to go looking for stories to write about restaurants, bars, resorts, events, etc. because very few businesses are reaching out to me. Maybe it’s because they don’t know how to contact me (email – tomncole at yahoo dot com or via the Facebook page), they think it’s costly (it’s 100% free), they think I’m a critic and might write something bad about them (I’m not and if I don’t like your establishment, I won’t write anything – if you have nothing nice to say then say nothing) or they think there are some other strings attached (there aren’t).

Bar at One Ten, Warsaw

How does it benefit you? Free exposure, homies. My articles at Flavor 574 and Ink Free News on the new Creighton’s Crazy Egg Cafe and Coffee Bar were shared over 2000 times to Facebook. To borrow the Creighton’s terminology, that’s crazy. Multiply that by the number of friends who saw the post on Facebook and the additional shares of the original Facebook posts and it’s not difficult to figure out – thousands of people in this region just found out about a cool new restaurant and coffee bar and it cost the owners nothing. Nada. Zilch.

You’ll get some pretty cool pictures to use in whatever way you want. Well, at least I think they’re pretty neat although others might disagree.

You have a story to tell and I want to help tell it. Give me a chance and I think you’ll be just plain giddy about the final results.
