Main Street Warsaw’s First Friday to Host Taste of Kosciusko

Main Street Warsaw’s monthly First Friday event will have a slightly different look this month as the “Taste of Kosciusko” will be the theme. Local food vendors will be offering their delicious wares to First Friday attendees from 5 pm to 8 pm this Friday, September 2nd. As always, entry to the event is free. Sample tickets, at a cost of $2 each, will be available at the Main Stree Warsaw tent. These tickets will allow the purchaser one sample size portion of food per ticket. Food vendors will be set up in the Warsaw City Hall parking lot.

In addition to the samples available from participating vendors, the Taste of Kosciusko First Friday event will also feature specials from various downtown restaurants. Among the specials being offered that evening are the following:

Latte Lounge
ICE CREAM! 8 scrumptious flavors for you to enjoy – $2.29 per scoop
SMOOTHIES! Peach, Mango, Strawberry, and Pina Colada – $3.69

Rex’s Rendezvous
Two huge pieces of hand breaded Alaskan pollock, steak fries, coleslaw, bread and butter, and our house made tartar sauce – $9.50.

Philly Cheesesteak (Shaved Ribeye or Chicken / Grilled Onions / Mushrooms / Mozzarella Cheese / On a Butter Toasted Hoagie Roll) – $14.00
