The Pier Restaurant, located at Oakwood Resort on Lake Wawasee in Syracuse, Indiana, will be welcoming the brand new Raw Bar to its list of offerings this summer. Known for now as the Raw Bar at the Pier Restaurant, the bar will allow guests to nosh on house-made sushi rolls, oysters on the half shell, shrimp cocktails and other fish and seafood creations starting at 5 pm. Traditional salads and lettuce wraps will also be available with dishes starting at $10.
The announcement on Oakwood Resort’s website quotes their Director of Food and Beverage, Aaron Smith, as saying that “We’re excited about creating an environment that is calming, welcoming and intimate but also infused with a talented group of high-energy associates that offer a fun interactive atmosphere.”
