“Create Perfect Cocktails!” With Edible Michiana And One Ten Craft Meatery

Edible Michiana is set to hold the “Create Perfect Cocktails!” event at One Ten Craft Meatery in downtown Warsaw on June 21st.

If the mere mention of craft cocktails and expertly paired plates gets you salivating like a dog at the sound of a package of processed cheese being ripped open, the “Create Perfect Cocktails!” event to be held at One Ten Craft Meatery on June 21^st might just be what  you need to settle down your inner Fido. The private event will feature One Ten’s owner/chef/mixologist Jason Brown who, according to the Facebook event page, “will demonstrate how to make five special drinks, each paired with a generous portion of savory or sweet food.” Guests will also take home a list of must-have bar tools along with the recipes for the featured cocktails from the evening.

The only thing better than one daiquiri is two.

Two private seatings are scheduled for the evening with the first one starting at 6 pm and the second one at 8 pm. Price of admission is $45 per person, a bargain considering the average price of a cocktail nowadays. Tickets can be purchased here through June 18^th. Note that no tickets will be sold at the event.

On a personal note, it’s exciting to see events like this starting to pop up in the Warsaw community. The rapidly growing dining scene in the area is something we should all not just be proud of but embrace and actively support. Jason and One Ten have been at the forefront of that growth and events like this can only help get the word out about what a great community we live in.
