Oum Um, the owner of Asian Cajun in Warsaw, dropped a surprise on us this weekend – Asian Cajun Express will soon be coming to Milford! In his post on Facebook, Oum stated that the new location would be opened at 103 South Higbee Street in Milford. In the post, Oum had the following to say:
“We are so excited to extend our services to the Milford/North Webster/Syracuse and Elkhart County areas!
We will be offering a lot of items/dishes (lunch quantity) as our “Main” restaurant on beautiful Center Lake in Warsaw! There will be sit down tables. However, it is an express-like atmosphere, cafe style!
And yes there will be Bubble-Teas!!
We thank you for the support and we look forward in seeing our existing and new customers!“

The anticipated opening date for the new Asian Cajun Express in Milford has been tentatively scheduled for the end of March/early April. As with any other best laid plans, that schedule is assuming everything progresses as it should.

The new location in Milford is progressing nicely! Paint is up, walls are being formed and a cafe is starting to take shape!
