Warsaw’s Ledgeview Brewing Opens for Dine-In Service

Ledgeview Brewing Company, a new brewery located in Warsaw, Indiana in the previous OrthoCity building, announced on its Facebook page that it is now open for dine-in service. Beginning Wednesday, January 6th, customers can now enjoy Ledgeview’s food from the comfort of the brewery’s dining room.

Ledgeview Brewing had previously only been offering their dishes via the carryout option. Now customers can enjoy their food fresh, hot (if it’s served that way) and in-house. For those who prefer the carryout option, it will still be available.

The menu, which you can view here, includes small bites with Smokehouse Chili and Sweet Potato Nachos as your current options. Salads are also available as the Smokehouse Wedge which you can add pulled chicken or pulled pork to for an extra $2.

As with any self-respecting brewery, a burger is also on the menu. Referred to as the Everyday Burger, this burger is “smashed, spiced and charred on the griddle” and served on a toasted brioche bun.

The majority of the menu items fall under the “Smokehouse” section. Each platter and sandwich in this category comes with two sides (green beans, vinegar coleslaw, ranch potato salad, French fries, mac n cheese and apple sauce are your options). The Smokehouse dishes include smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, pulled chicken and St. Louis Style ribs. All plates and sandwiches are in the $8 – $30 range.

Kids menu items include a pulled pork sandwich, pulled chicken sandwich, ¼ rack ribs, burger, chicken fingers or mac n cheese. All kids menu items come with one side and a child size drink.
Due to current restrictions, social distancing of six feet and masks will be required if you are not at your table.

Dining room hours will be Wednesday-Saturday 11am-9pm and Sundays 11am-8pm.
